1. Emergency & Crisis Disclaimer — NOT FOR EMERGENCIES

THIS WEBSITE AND OUR ONLINE CONTACT FORMS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR EMERGENCY OR CRISIS SITUATIONS.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health emergency, experiencing thoughts of suicide or self-harm, or facing an immediate safety risk, please immediately:

2. Professional & Educational Disclaimer

A. No Therapist-Client Relationship Established

Accessing this website, reading articles or guides, subscribing to newsletters, or submitting a contact form does not create a professional psychotherapist-client relationship between you and Pablo Muñoz, RP. A formal therapeutic relationship is only established after completing an initial consultation, completing formal intake documentation, and mutually signing a Client Service Agreement.

B. Information is Educational Only

The content provided on this website—including blog posts, guides, text, and videos—is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional mental health assessment, diagnosis, or personalized psychological treatment. 3. Psychotherapy Services & Jurisdiction

Licensing: Pablo Muñoz is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Geographic Jurisdiction: Psychotherapy services (in-person and virtual) are provided in accordance with Ontario healthcare regulations. Virtual therapy services are strictly offered to clients residing in Ontario or jurisdictions where Ontario-registered psychotherapists are legally permitted to practice.

4. Appointments, Fees & Cancellation Policy

A. Booking & Consultations

Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or direct communication. Initial consultations or sessions are subject to scheduling availability and confirmation.

B. Fees & Payment

Service fees are outlined prior to or during the initial consultation.

Psychotherapy services in Ontario are not covered by OHIP, but are covered by most extended health insurance plans and workplace benefit programs. You are responsible for verifying your insurance coverage prior to treatment.

Payment is due at the time of service or according to the billing agreement established.

C. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 to 48 hours' advance notice (as specified in your client onboarding agreement) to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than the required notice, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), will be subject to the full session fee or late cancellation fee.

5. Website Intellectual Property

All content published on pablomunoz.ca—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video clips, and digital downloads—is the property of Pablo Muñoz Psychotherapy or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may view, download, or print website content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works without prior written permission from Pablo Muñoz.
